Our Retail Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our branches nationwide in the role of Business Development Sales Officer,

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting business goals by strategically implementing sales strategies and activities. This involves effectively meeting the banking needs of the target market segment by skillfully aligning client requirements with our innovative products and services.

What the role will entail

  • Contribute to the overall sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the store focused on the acquisition of new to-bank clients by selling all deposit products, bancassurance, and all types of loans and services in order to increase the product-to-client ratio of the bank.
  • Gather information on other Bank’s new products and marketing strategies and subsequently provide feedback to management
  • Conduct telemarketing and mapping activities to continuously have a pipeline of accounts.
  • Conduct semi-annual customer profiling to determine what other products and services may be offered.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Store Manager/Division Head from time to time.

What we’re looking for 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in any field 
  • Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Preference is given to those with marketing experience in banking products
  • Demonstrates expertise in sales, marketing, and portfolio management
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork
