Export Import Assistant Manager (Logistics Company)
Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month (IDR)
This role is located outside the Philippines. You cannot apply because it does not meet Department of Migrant Workers requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient import and export strategies
- Manage the end to end with import processes including custom clearance, documentation, shipment coordinator
- Manage and dealing with export import activities including preparation, processing, licensing and analyzing lead time and cost of processes
- Handling all reports to relevant government agencies related with import, licenses and facilities
- Staying up to date with industry trends, regulations and best practices
- Coordinating with internal and external party to smoothen the process of the shipment
In order to ace the position you have to :
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation management, Logitstics, Business management related majority
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics industry
- Comprehensive understanding of import and export regulations and customs procedure
- Familiarity with Freight Forwarding System
- Certified as a Custom Legal Specialist/Advisor (PPJK holder)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead team effectively and liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
