The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding, ensuring that Safeway Fire Safety Phils., Inc. secures highly qualified individuals who align with the company’s goals and culture.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and career fairs.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer assessments, background checks, and employment verification.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Keep records of recruitment activities and reports for HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Pleasing personality with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring needs.
