DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and/or review of various forms of agreements in connection with or related, directly or indirectly, with the administration, management and/or day-to-day operations of the company.
- Attend meetings, discussions and dealings with relevant government and regulatory agencies government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Internal Revenue, etc.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update the firm’s policies accordingly
- Monitor and advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must be a certified passer of the Philippine bar.
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in the financing company
- New Bar Passers are also welcome to apply
- Must be a team-player and highly motivated.
- Result Oriented, Has Initiative action/escalate potential legal risk
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues and authorities.
- Attentive to details and requires only minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work on a full-time basis in Ortigas, Pasig City.
