Store Security Assistant (1 month only)

Key Responsibilities:


1. Loss Prevention

• Monitor store premises to deter theft, shoplifting, and other unauthorized activities.
• Conduct routine checks on store areas, including entrances, exits, and stockrooms.
• Assist in identifying suspicious behavior and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

2. Customer and Staff Safety
• Ensure the safety of customers and employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents such as medical emergencies, accidents, or altercations.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency response procedures when necessary.
 

3. Access Control
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas of the store.
• Verify the identification of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
 

4.Incident Reporting and Documentation
• Report and document security incidents, thefts, and other irregularities.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and submit them to the manager.

 

5. Collaboration with Store Team
• Work closely with store management and staff to address security concerns.
• Provide assistance during inventory checks and high-traffic periods.
 

6. Compliance
• Ensure compliance with store policies, company standards, and local safety regulations.
• Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training sessions.
 

Job Qualifications:
 

• Education and Experience
• At least college-level; fresh graduates of Criminology are an advantage.
• Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Skills and Abilities
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
