Facilities Manager

Job qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or any related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance, with experience in supervisory or management role.
3. With experience in handling & supervising janitorial & maintenance agency
4. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
5. Experience in vendor and contract management.
6. Familiarity with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.

7. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
8. Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

Preferred:
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar certifications.
• Experience with sustainability practices and energy-efficient systems.
