We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager for the NCR region to drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and promote our comprehensive range of automotive products. This is a key role in ensuring that our brand is the top choice for tires and accessories in Metro Manila and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive tire and car accessory sales to meet or exceed targets within the NCR region.
  • Develop strong relationships with both B2B (business-to-business) customers, such as car dealerships, auto repair shops, and retail businesses, and B2C (business-to-consumer) customers in Metro Manila and surrounding cities.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Team Ridemax's full product line, including the specifications, benefits, and performance features of each tire and accessory.
  • Offer expert advice to customers, ensuring they select the best products for their vehicles.

Customer Service:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction with both products and services.

Order Processing:

  • Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate pricing, payment details, and timely updates on promotions or discounts.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on order status and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless service.

Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products like car accessories, tire care kits, rims, or performance parts.
  • Utilize promotions and discounts to drive more sales, especially during peak seasons or events.

After-Sales Support:

  • Address any post-purchase concerns by offering troubleshooting assistance, scheduling maintenance, or directing customers to service centers when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their experiences and guiding them on proper product care and usage.

  • Automotive Expertise: A strong understanding of tire and car accessory products and the ability to match them with customer needs.
  • Relationship-Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with mechanics, dealerships, and consumers in the NCR region is key to long-term success.
