Collection Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collection Targets Achievement:
- Timely collection of past-due accounts through field activities and coordination with branch management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed collection targets.
- Credit Applicant Investigation:
- Conduct thorough credit investigations and verifications.
- Ensure accurate and complete information for credit decisions.
- Account Monitoring:
- Monitor unpaid accounts daily and develop action plans for collection.
- Regularly update account information for accurate records and proactive debt recovery.
- Customer Service:
- Issue collection notices with clear obligations and responsibilities.
- Address inquiries, explain contract terms, and provide after-sales support.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Issue collection receipts for all payments received from customers.
- Follow safety protocols during fieldwork.
Maintain service unit care and registration per regulatory standards.

MotorStar South Cycle Trading is the exclusive dealer of quality Motorstar brand motorcycle and scooters at Visayas and Mindanao area with its head office located at 1095-A TLA Bldg. Corregidor St., Manuguit, Tondo Manila.
MSS was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on August 15, 2006 as retailer of motorcycle units. It started its operation in March 2007 with three (3) branches in Visayas (Cebu, Mandaue, Dumaguete ) and seven (7) branches in Mindanao (Quirino & Magsaysay(Davao City), Tagum, Digos, Gensan, Cagayan De Oro, Valencia). At the end of 2007, MSS has established twenty-six (26) branches.
Currently, MSS has 295 operating branches in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
