The Marketing Specialist will primarily work as a Multimedia Artist/Producer and will be responsible for co-developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Chong Hua Medical Mall’s services and enhance its brand image.

S/He will conceptualize, create and design engaging campaigns across various channels and will be involved in providing lay-outs of the graphics and creative requirements of the Medical Mall’s collateral materials needed for events and activities. S/he will help in managing the Medical Mall’s online presence, plan events, and build relationships with media outlets and will also closely collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that all creative images fit within the brand messaging based on the branding guidelines and standards set by the institution.

Additionally, s/he will participate in the implementation of quality standards and initiatives for the continuous quality improvement in the department.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Management is preferred.
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience demonstrating proficiency in performing designs, concepting tasks, social media content creation and management is an advantage.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of principles of design, including, but not limited to: layout, typography, color, balance, composition, spatial orientation, the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, basic design elements, and current design trends.
  • With creative/technical writing skills, e.g., blogs, editorials, write-ups, etc. and experience in creating or preparing marketing/branding portfolio is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Effective communication skills. Proficiency in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog is required; ability to communicate well in English is an advantage.
