Recruitment and Staff Welfare Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, coordination, exam, and job offer).
  • Implement employee engagement activities of the company (such as company outing, employee engagement survey, etc.).
  • Assist HR Manager re: Organization Development initiatives. 
  • Maintain headcount database and records.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder HR/Behavioral Science/Psychology or any related course.
  • Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role.
  • Has a working knowledge on recruiting software and social networks for recruitment.
  • Registered Psychometrician is a definite advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Has great attention to detail
