Recruitment and Staff Welfare Associate
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, coordination, exam, and job offer).
- Implement employee engagement activities of the company (such as company outing, employee engagement survey, etc.).
- Assist HR Manager re: Organization Development initiatives.
- Maintain headcount database and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder HR/Behavioral Science/Psychology or any related course.
- Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role.
- Has a working knowledge on recruiting software and social networks for recruitment.
- Registered Psychometrician is a definite advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Has great attention to detail
