Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, with a primary focus on developing, creating, and continually improving company policies that reflect our commitment to a positive workplace culture, compliance, and employee development. This individual will also lead the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and ensure our HR practices are aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Creation & Improvement: Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with local labor laws, industry best practices, and Team Ridemax’s organizational values. Regularly assess and update policies to keep them relevant and effective.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering open communication to maintain a harmonious workplace. Promote a positive work environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and growth needs. Collaborate with department leaders to define staffing requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Training & Development: Assess training needs and create programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance. Support ongoing development to keep the workforce engaged and prepared for future challenges.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, ensuring clear goals are set and regular feedback is provided. Facilitate performance evaluations that encourage employee growth and align with organizational objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. Oversee benefits administration and recommend improvements to maintain employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Legal Oversight: Stay up to date on local labor laws and ensure that all HR practices are in full compliance. Monitor and maintain HR compliance records and documentation.
- Culture Building & Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. Create opportunities for employee recognition, engagement, and feedback to boost morale and retention.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and facilitating solutions that benefit both employees and the company.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, track trends in employee engagement, turnover, and other key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to leadership to improve HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on policy development and implementation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to create and enhance policies that foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and guide others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
