Transition Project Manager - Hybrid - Taguig - Start ASAP!

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transition Project Manager at Ascendion. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to transition management, program management, and project management. While the role is located in Taguig, some work from home is acceptable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

KPI Management

  • Lead and manage large-scale and multiple end-to-end transitions with different complexities.
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones effectively.
  • Conduct due diligence for transitions, including process mapping, business case creation, cost-benefit analysis, project planning, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation such as project plans, risk plans, resource management plans, weekly status reports, communications plans, and decision registers.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks and issues along with mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure benefit realization aligned with financial and non-financial targets through effective implementation and change management.

Relationship Management

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and address internal and external customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to drive project success and ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing large and complex transitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in due diligence, process mapping, cost-benefit analysis, and business case creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in change management and benefit realization processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
