  • Responsible for leading functional and cross functional activities to drive improved process and business performance in support to the company QPC qualifications and requirements. 
  • Responsible for identifying the people, materials, technology and information required for a process to be efficient – and determine how these resources should interact to be effective.
  • To establish end to end process management practices and drive performance improvement related to company’s Quality, Process and Control (QPC).

 

  • Designs, documents and assesses business processes related to company Quality, Process and Control (QPC) considering the technology, skills and facilities requirements, and maintains process performance data and standards. 
  • Conducts work studies to determine operations methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staffing and facility utilization.
  • Builds and evaluates process operational and cost models for end to end performance analysis, capacity analysis, workload balancing, cost estimation and cost reduction.
  • Develops and implements standard work, leads workflow simplification, optimization and process design activities, and support workflow automation and process automation projects.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities through value stream assessments, process audits and manpower capability checks.
  • Supports the end to end process change evaluation and version control by evaluating, modeling and simulating performance and cost impacts of new designs and changes.
  • Support resolution of employee service and performance issues, actively working to identify and implement interventions to improve service.
