Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on improving site structure, internal linking, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
  • Perform advanced keyword research and topical analysis to identify high-value opportunities that drive organic visibility and engagement.
  • Lead content strategy, ensuring content is optimized for both user experience and search engines. Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly copy that aligns with target audiences.
  • Assist in conducting backlink audits and refining our outreach strategy, mitigating risks, and optimizing anchor distribution.
  • Design and implement robust performance tracking systems, providing regular updates on KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools to gather insights and create actionable reports.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, data mining, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative metrics into actionable insights.
  • Mastery of Google Search Console and other SEO reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Quick learner, independent, creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Ownership, a positive attitude, and a passion for growth.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience managing SEO for global sites, including multilingual and multi-regional SEO, ensuring local and international optimization strategies align with business goals.
  • Background in affiliate marketing or managing large-scale sites (2M+ pages).
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of SEO, including Google’s Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and other performance metrics.
