Monthly Salary Range: 100k to 120k
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the company’s sales objectives across all regions in the country
are met.
2. Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly
or annual basis.
3. Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
• Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time
frame that will keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach their goal
• Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for the sales team.
4. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discounts
as well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors and
dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.
5. Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products. Create productive
marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns and liaise with other executives to identify new markets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• At least 3 solid years in FMCG
• At least 5 years as a manager
• Speaks English and Chinese
SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Original schedule: Monday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm Saturday 7:00 am – 12:00 nn.
