Remote Customer Support (Property Management Software Tools)

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update client records in our system with precision and accuracy.
- Configure platform settings based on client requirements.
- Verify and validate entered data for completeness and consistency.
- Assist in handling other administrative tasks as directed by Support team members.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and technology updates.
