Manager, HUB Project Management

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements an effective communication strategy 
  • Coordinates internal communications flow, inside and outside our Global Business Services (memos, newsletters, leadership cascades, etc.)
  • Owns and maintains content of Internal SharePoint, interviewing employees and writing articles
  • Works with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas and visuals, in support of various brand initiatives
  • Acquires and maintains a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keeps up to date with relevant developments
  • Develops and implements an effective change management strategy
  • Applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities 
  • Consults and coaches project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan 
  • Creates actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
  • Completes change impact assessments, prepares risk mitigation tactics, and manages anticipated resistance
  • Evaluates and ensures user readiness 
  • Defines and measures success metrics and monitor change progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field or equivalent education
  • Change Management Certification is a plus
  • 3 years demonstrated experience in supporting broad-based and successful communication teams and programs
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
  • Exceptional communication in English (written and spoken) and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good storyteller
  • Ability to distill clear messages
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Writing and editing skills (journalistic-style writing background)
  • Interviewing skills
  • Ability to use software to format newsletters
