Quality Control Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our operations by reviewing photos, ensuring data quality, and verifying compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, while providing clear and actionable insights through data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photo Review: Conduct thorough reviews of photos submitted by technicians, ensuring they meet company standards and accurately reflect the required tasks.
- Quality Control Reviews: Perform in-depth quality checks on work completed by technicians, ensuring all activities adhere to quality guidelines and project requirements.
- Form Building: Assist in the creation and maintenance of forms used for quality control, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company needs.
- Data Uploads: Upload and manage data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Schedule Verification: Verify technician schedules and ensure that appointments are aligned with client expectations and service delivery standards.
- Tech On-Site Verification: Monitor technician availability and ensure that technicians are on-site as per schedule, addressing any discrepancies as necessary.
- KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality control, including technician performance, photo quality, and overall service metrics.
- Data Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on quality control activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control, data management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Comfortable working with online forms, data uploads, and scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, variable schedule.
- Knowledge of KPIs and ability to report data in a clear, actionable format.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with project management or scheduling software is a plus.

- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $5 / hr
Working Hours:
- Hours will vary depending on workload and project needs. Flexibility to adjust hours as required is essential.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
