Position: German Service Desk Analyst | Dutch Service Desk Analyst

Company Industry: IT/BPO Company

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross (Still Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Shifting

Work Set-up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in German, or Dutch, and English Language
  • At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Knowledgeable in Computer application
  • Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
  • Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
  • BPO experience is an advantage

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
  • Installing and maintaining computer systems and network applications
  • Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
  • Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
  • Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
