Finance Lead

Qualification:

Job Description:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Generate and present accurate financial data, compile comprehensive reports, and analyze industry trends.
• Assess and enhance the company’s financial health, providing actionable recommendations for performance improvement for each products and across group company.

Compliance and Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor adherence to tax optimization and financial reporting standards.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and management to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Supervise the documentation and transparency of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

Strategic Financial Advice:

• Provide executive management with advice on investments, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans based on financial analysis and forecasts.
• Conduct risk management analyses to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust risk management strategies are in place.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the main contact for financial matters with stakeholders such as shareholders and investors.
• Deliver clear and concise financial reports and forecasts, keeping stakeholders informed about the company’s financial performance.
