Job Description: Technical Support Specialists (L1/L2/L3)

We are looking for Technical Support Specialists (L1, L2, L3) to provide IT support, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth operation of systems. Experience with hotel management systems is a plus but not required. Candidates must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities:

L1 Support:

  • Handle basic troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Resolve common technical issues and escalate when needed.
  • Log and manage support tickets efficiently.

L2 Support:

  • Address advanced software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with L1 support to resolve escalated cases.
  • Perform diagnostics and assist with system upgrades.

L3 Support:

  • Resolve complex technical problems and manage server/network configurations.
  • Lead the support team in troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
  • Document best practices and provide guidance to the team.

Qualifications:

L1 Support:

  • 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and excellent communication.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.

L2 Support:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong skills in system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.

L3 Support:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with leadership roles.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure and server/network management.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is beneficial but not required.
