Job Role: Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)
Salary range: 1000 - 1300 AUD

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director and Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment, managing bookkeeping, and handling a variety of operational tasks independently, with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a reliable professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
  • Independent Task Management: Execute and complete assigned tasks from the Director and Operations Manager with minimal guidance, demonstrating resourcefulness and ownership.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, process invoices, manage payments, and track expenses with precision.
  • Operations Support: Assist in document management and process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with recruitment and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping software
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes or software as needed
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide team members.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry trends and emerging technologies. 
  • Experience using Airtable, GHL, and Zapier is highly preferred
