Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. From sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to onboarding new hires, you will be the driving force behind our hiring success. This role requires strong communication skills, innovative sourcing techniques, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent, fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs, both immediate and long-term.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Candidate Screening & Assessment:
- Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and other evaluations as required for specific roles.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed at every stage of the process.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization’s employer brand by leveraging social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Create engaging job postings and recruitment marketing materials that reflect the company culture and values.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
