HR Specialist - Training & Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • With a minimum of 1 year related experience and relevant technical trainings, preferably on LMS administration, organizational development, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong composition and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good written and oral communication skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists during conceptualization, development and implementation of in-house training programs
  • Employs various tools and identifies manpower training needs 
  • Coordinates with credible and expert training providers or institutes
  • Assists in the development and implementation of various organizational development initiatives such as Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation, among others
  • Provides support in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Monitors the performance management cycle including timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals for each employee
  • Conducts onboarding orientation to newly hired employees
  • Maintains neat and orderly files of all employee development plan and information and ensures confidentiality 
  • Prepares communications memoranda and reports related to assigned area
  • Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
  • Performs other related functions as directed by superiors
