MPTC is now hiring an HR Business Partner!
Job Description:
Manage and address the account's human resources requirements, including Manpower & Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
The HR BP Specialist reports to HR Business Partner Lead for MPT South. Work location is at Alapan II-B, Imus, Cavite.
A. Manpower Planning & Reruitment
- Ensures compliance to existing company policies and procedures in manpower selection and recruitment
- Conducts exit interview to identify reasons for employee separation and use such information in strategic planning
- Conducts and updates new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
B. Training and Development
- Continuously updates and monitors competency development with account line managers on a per position basis
- Monitor technical training budget for the account
C. Performance Management (PMS)
- Collaborates with account line managers on the implementation of the PMS in the department and/or division specifically in goal-settin
D. Employee Relations
- Manages employee relations, including acting as an advisor in the conduct of investigations and in providing recommendations and solutions
- Implements timely and effective communication and grievance systems such as skip meetings or town hall meetings
- Reviews, recommends and implements employee rewards and recognition programs
- Recommends and implements team-building programs and other employee-related events
E. Organizational Development
- Conduct organizational diagnosis for client organizations
- Provide consultative expertise on organizational development interventions that are appropriate for the account
F. Policy Development and Implementation
- Reviews, recommends and documents HR policies and procedures
- Communicates HR policies and procedures to employees
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- You must be a Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science course or equivalent.
- You must have over 7 years of experience working in the following related fields:
OD, Training, HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition
