Billing Assistant/Administrative Assistant - Cebu City

  • JOB DESCRIPTION (Billing Assistant)
  • Maintains records of all financial transactions
  • Prepares and reviews checks and check vouchers
  • Releases checks to suppliers and/or contractors
  • Prepares cash position reports and bank reconciliation
  • Reviews documents needed for processing of payment to suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinates with the auditor (internal and external) in the periodic audit of the Condominium’s books
  • Checks/reviews billing statements before distribution
  • Handles inventory of office supplies
  • Ensures the payments/remittance of mandated government transactions such as EWT, RET VAT, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Administrative Assistant)

  • Attends to Tenant Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.
  • Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following:
  • Utilities
  • Construction Bonds
  • Special assessments
  • Follow-up payment of dues and other charges.
  • Handles and deposits collections
  • Updates existing Tenant Files; this include proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.
  • Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.
  • Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.
  • Handles canvassing and purchasing functions

 

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Willing to work in Lahug Cebu City. (Citylights Garden)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Can start as soon as possible
