HR Assistant
₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
Works in tandem with the HR Executive in Singapore, the HR Assistant supports the HR department in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. This role handles full spectrum of HR and employee life cycle.
Recruitment:
- Full cycle of recruitment.
- Arrange pre-employment check-up and follow-up with medical result.
- Prepare employment contract.
- Employee on-boarding process and orientation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Check payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing includes withholding tax.
- Benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, health insurance, and other benefits).
- Year-end tax adjustment and processing (BIR 2316).
- Manage e-leave system.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
Policies and Projects:
- Assist the Regional HR Manager in streamlining HR processes / policies for optimal efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Employees and Contractor Engagement:
- Manage office cleaner and office supplies.
- Handle employee relations matters under the supervision of Singapore HR team.
- Organize staff training and activities.
Other HR duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees’ files and database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and regulations (e.g. DOLE).
- Support HR audits and compliance checks.
- Prepare HR documents and reports.
- Employee exit clearance process.
- Other HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years HR Admin and payroll experience preferred, especially overtime calculations.
- Meticulous, high integrity, discreet in handling payroll and sensitive data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good working attitude, proactive, resourceful and hardworking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
- Good knowledge of the Philippines labor laws and HR best practices.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player with curiosity to learn, willing to share knowledge with others in achieving high performing team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to work in Metro Manila, Aseana City, Paranaque City.
