About the Role

Overall accountable in the delivery and effective implementation of the strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic leader and partner to the agency leaders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, mission and key strategies.
  • Design and effectively execute strategies and action plans to meet the objectives of the assigned Agency Distribution Channel.
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serves as a business representative at major industry events, agency conferences
  • Leads presentations for business development and is involved in meetings with key business stakeholders.
  • Execute and implement projects related to agency development which may be assigned from time to time.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that annual sales, manpower, active agent count, and leader development are met.
  • Establish and implement systems, processes and procedures for the effective and efficient management of the agencies.
  • Partner with the other agency sales departments in order to strategize and formulate effective agency development programs and initiatives as well as policies and procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.
  • Judiciously manage and monitor the Zone’s budget and ensure effective and efficient use of the company resources.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop strong teams and establish succession plan within the zone.
  • Manage the overall performance of the Head of Sales and Field Sales Teams and drive the achievement of KPIs agreed to support the ASG strategies.
  • Partner with the AIA PH Academy and Human Resources Team in ensuring that the agency training and competence requirements of staff and agencies under the zone are fulfilled.
