Client Servicing Associate - Cebu
Job Summary:
The position is responsible in proper handling and escalating client’s concern.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing account assigned by the management
- Communicate with the different departments such as HR operations, Billing, Payroll etc. for the manning, legal and statutory requirements concerns
- Conduct orientation to all new hires and reorientation for existing employees of assigned account emphasizing project description, salary computation and releasing, company personnel policies, and client’s house rules
- Attends to the needs and concerns of the employees and clients of the assigned account
- Monitor and evaluate employee’s performance. Investigate administrative cases and conduct administrative hearings
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- With good interpersonal and people skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to do field work
