Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and attentive to their requirements and new projects.
- Prepare and deliver product and services presentations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, trade events or conferences.
- Able to negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the Sales Team.
- Direct report to Sales Manager.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably knowledgeable in building-material business environment.
- Experience in Real Estate, Procurement Department or Quantity Survey Department working with top builders and developers in the Philippines is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- With knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be willing to report for work at BGC, Taguig City
- Working schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
