Dispatch Specialist | Night Shift Onsite | Start ASAP

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Dispatch Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Dispatch Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least six (6) months of CSR or Technical experience and above.
  • Experience with dispatching technicians to service locations based on priority and availability.
  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
  • Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
  • Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: 
  • Answering email inquiries
  • Able to do Inbound Calls
  • Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
  • Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work with less supervision
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files and BuildOps ERP system
  • Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative
  • Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Willing to start immediately
