Senior Admin

Senior Administrator is responsible for keeping buildings properly maintained, clean and safe, combines management tasks such as oversee all office-related activities. Responsible for preserving the good condition of facilities and ensure that they are safe and well-functioning.

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT. 
  • Act as the point of contact for all employees for all office supplies request, providing administrative support and managing their queries, managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
  • Act as the point of contact for all employees availing service vehicle.
  • Serves as controller for Company vehicles
  • Maintains performance and maintenance records of the Company Vehicles including parts, fuel, lubricants etc.
  • Getting in contact when needed with local institutions such as if a permit required
  • Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. 
  • Managing maintenance and staffing budgets. 
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements. 
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Helping businesses relocate. oversee all office-related activities. Responsible for preserving the good condition of office and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. 
  • The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. 
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs.
  • Review insurance plans and service contracts.
  • Perform analysis and forecasting.
  • Other related task maybe assigned.
