HR OFFICER

About the role

Join the dynamic HR team at Triton Constructions Development Corporation as an HR Officer. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, you will be responsible for driving the company's recruitment and talent management efforts. The role is critical in supporting the growth of our construction and development business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Support employee relations and address any HR-related queries or concerns
  • Participate in the design and delivery of HR initiatives, such as training and performance management
  • Ensure HR policies and processes comply with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Will handle the COMPENBEN basket end to end process.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or recruitment role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and applicant tracking tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR and recruitment
