Objectives of this Role
- Process Cash Movements: Efficiently manage client cash flows, including deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Client Inquiry Management: Handle client inquiries efficiently via email, ensuring that accurate resolutions are provided to the Customer Service (CS) team. Collaborate closely with the CS team to ensure that the correct information is relayed to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Chargeback Management: Handle chargeback processes effectively, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
- Monitor Third-Party Transactions (KYT): Oversee all transactions (known as Know Your Transaction or KYT) to detect and prevent potential fraud, ensuring smooth third-party funding operations.
- Transaction and Balance Report Management: Grab transaction reports and balance data regularly, and generate balance reports at mid and at the end of each month to ensure all transactions and accounts are reconciled accurately.
- Operational Support: Assist with various operational activities related to customer account management, including:
- Providing escalation support for complex client queries.
- Offering expert advice to clients on payment-related matters.
- Ensuring accurate client file maintenance and regular reconciliations (daily/weekly).
- Managing claims and handling other relevant operational tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant College degree
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or payment operations is highly preferred.
- Both strong verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Exercise good judgment
- Has the ability to cope with stressful circumstances
- Has Relevant Organizational Skills, Time Management, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be currently residing in Metro Manila
- Able to work on shifting schedules and holidays
- Work on-site in BGC
- Has a strong internet connection at home with back up option
- Proficient in MS Excel (for tracking, reconciliations, report generation, and analysis)
