Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant is full-time role will provide vital support to our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars
  • Handle a variety of clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Assist contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related courses
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and administrative task or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • experience in dealing with supplier is an advantage
  • experience in general construction is a huge advantage
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to assist where needed
