Job description
Responsible for prompt, accurate and effective handling of healthcare related telephone inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferably Nursing or any medical related courses
- With experience in HMO setting
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills
- Service orientation and relationship management skills
- Analytical skill
- Problem sensitivity
- Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 per month

- Must be amenable to shifting schedule, holiday / weekend shifts
