A Glimpse into Your New Role 

  • Handle Broker/Customer Accounts which include, but will not be limited to: o Assigning drivers to routes.  

o Directing the pick-up and delivery of freight.  

o Monitoring the drivers’ locations.  

o Entering the dispatch information and loads into trucking software  

o Finding road service for truck repairs  

o Tracking orders and freight.  

o Transmitting information to brokers and customers.  

o Finding solutions for changes or problems, issuing money orders.  

o Using satellites, telephones, and computers to communicate information to drivers and to keep track of all important information.  

  • Responsible for problem solutions with assigned drivers.  
  • Tracks assigned drivers schedules and adjusts unplanned paid time off.  
  • Tracks driver utilization to ensure their drivers achieve targeted utilization levels and improve driver productivity.  
  • Responsible for driver execution of assigned work.  
  • Enforces understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures including code of conduct of the business.  
  • Contributes to an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values contributions of all employees in support of a high-performance culture  
  • Works until driver issues are resolved for the day and/or a proper hand off has been made.  
  • Monitors deliveries and pickups for service failures and proactively alerts driver managers of any loads in jeopardy of failure.  
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.  
  • Responsible for securing his/her PC/Workstation with a password protected screensaver and log-off each time he/she will have his/her post unattended.  
  • Responsible for not disclosing his/her password to others, complying to company’s security procedure, and by not disclosing confidential information.

  • Excellent in customer service.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  
  • With a minimum of one year of back-end admin processing experience.  
  • With a knack for multi-tasking.  
  • Able to solve problems and work under minimal supervision.  
  • Adept in learning new workflows and tasks.  
  • Ability to work on shifting schedule
