Partnership Sales Executive – Bank Channel

Key Responsibilities:
- Present portfolio of Traditional and Variable products to clients at the partnered bank.
- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure the retention of high-quality business within your assigned branch and area.
- Collaborate with bank staff to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with insurance industry experience, though transferable skills from other sales sectors are welcome.
- Ability to start within 15 days.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- A positive and approachable personality, capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
