Reports To: Business Development Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Strategic Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies that align with our organization’s long-term objectives. This role requires exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine organizational goals.
  • Design comprehensive strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

Market Analysis & Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
  • Identify opportunities and risks that may impact the organization’s strategic goals.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze business performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to inform decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Present strategy proposals and findings to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee strategic projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in strategic planning.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitive positioning.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Workspaces).
  • Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
