Office Staff (CDO)

Main role: The Office Assistant (Onboarding) focuses on ensuring an efficient and seamless onboarding of our Joyride driver partners.

Job Description:

  • Review rider (driver) applications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of databases.
  • Completing changes, and cancellations, analyzing and verifying accuracy of records.
  • Ensure that details are verified and ensure proper communication to obtain data needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance or any relevant field)
  • Must have keen attention to details, highly-organized, and has good communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in CDO
  • Can start ASAP (Office-based set up)
