Office Staff (CDO)
Main role: The Office Assistant (Onboarding) focuses on ensuring an efficient and seamless onboarding of our Joyride driver partners.
Job Description:
- Review rider (driver) applications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of databases.
- Completing changes, and cancellations, analyzing and verifying accuracy of records.
- Ensure that details are verified and ensure proper communication to obtain data needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance or any relevant field)
- Must have keen attention to details, highly-organized, and has good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Can start ASAP (Office-based set up)
