Job Description:
- Attend the office or perform field work on a minimum of three days per week
- Conduct visits to all of the company’s stores to ensure consistent compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with Operations and Management teams and assist in implementing operational strategies that optimize efficiency and customer service
- Identify and report areas in store locations where improvement is needed and assist in corrective actions
- Assist in monitoring product quality, customer service, and adherence to recipes and procedures
- Support inventory tracking and management in collaboration with the finance and logistics teams
- Gather and communicate feedback, concerns, and issues from store staff to the management for prompt resolution
- Provide detailed report and necessary feedback on observations regarding store employees
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures as directed by the management
Qualifications:
- Must be residing near Manila
- Amenable to travel to multiple branches regularly
- Has a laptop
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Operations experience is preferrable, but not necessary
Work Schedule: 5 days on-site with flexible working schedule
