Warehouse Operations
- Check and verify all goods received from shipments, sales returns, and bad order returns. Generate Receiving Report and Sales Return Report in ERP.
- Encode data of actual received sales return in monitoring sheet.
- Allocate goods for pickup and delivery through warehouse stock locator. Advise Operations Department for any stocks concerns in quantities, expiration and out of stocks.
- Preparation of pick list or load guide for stocks requested for delivery or pick up by clients through allocation in warehouse stock locator.
- Sign and issue load guide to warehouse assistant as guide in picking of goods. Issue stocks as to priority of date of delivery and pick up of client.
- Generate ERP Ship note document after all goods are loaded to truck either delivery or for pick up.
- Secure all documents for file: Receiving report, Sales return report, Ship Note, Sales Invoice, Load guide
- Ensure and keep a record of delivery dispatch to 3P logistic, warehouse, and or other operational activity.
Inventory Control
- Generate accurate warehouse transfer report and monitor warehouse transfer acceptance from goods departing warehouse location to destination warehouse using ERP.
- Generate Bin transfer of goods in ERP within specific warehouse location
- Generate inventory conversion of goods in ERP such as change in SKU, transfer to new Item code and conversion to work in process.
- Weekly conduct cycle count of goods based on ERP balance and stock’s locator balance of goods.
- Reconcile any variance in ERP to stock locator to actual stocks counted
- Assist Finance in preparation of Mid-year count and Year-end count as per warehouse location
- BO disposal. Ensure and enforcement of BO disposal process periodically.
- Monitoring and release of weekly KPI -report and performance: Warehouse utilization, 3P logistic utilization, Inventory management report -Good and Bad stock, other reports -Manpower, utilities, etc. essential in business operation.
Qualifications:
- Must be College Level or Graduate of Business management or any related
- With relevant experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Analyst
1. Must have knowledge in warehouse operations.
2. Knowledge in MS Office applications and or ERP system.
3. System and marketing.
