Sales Account Executive
The Sales Account Executive at Taft Properties is responsible for managing relationships with brokers and in-house sellers in Cebu. This role involves achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the effective execution of sales operations to drive revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Manage relationships with brokers and in-house sellers.
- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
Sales Operations
- Oversee sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers and in-house sellers.
- Provide coaching and support to improve performance.
Reporting
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Other Support
- Performs other functions when deemed necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work on site at 8F East Gate Cebu, Cardinal Rosales Ave. Cebu City
