Technical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Product Manager.
- Responsible for technical support of TP-Link
- Responsible for all testing/support not limited to T2, T3 and T4 product related to all type approval application.
- Responsible for collecting and gathering of information in relation to pre-sales technical aspect during RFI/RFQ.
- Should coordinate, communicate and provide related needed information of Product Manager and HQ support.
- Provide product training/demo and orientation not limited to current and new product of TP-Link particularly to ISP/WISP Technical Personnel.
- Provide support for any related concern made by customers related to TP-Link old and new products.
- Provide support to customers inquiry and testing in the field.
- Can correspond to customer relationship particular to reported concerns/issue to TP-Link VIP support.
- Amenable to work in Taguig.
Requirements:
- Major in IT and having good knowledge on networking product & CCTV.
- Those applicants with Cisco Certification will be considered with priority.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of technical work experience in telco (ISP/WISP).
- To be positive, hardworking and aggressive, willing to communicate, responsible with strong willpower.
