Maintenance Staff

  • Conducts routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas that require repairs.
  • Performs repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities as needed. Troubleshoots issues and diagnoses problems to determine the root causes of malfunctions.
  • Maintains an inventory of spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance tasks.  Ensures that the necessary parts are available when needed.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Keeps detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. Maintains a database of equipment and maintenance history.
  • Works within the allocated budget for maintenance activities. Monitors expenses and seek cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance.
  • Assists with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance services or the procurement of replacement parts.
  • Be prepared to respond to maintenance-related emergencies, such as equipment breakdowns that impact daily operation or safety.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of maintenance activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.
