We have partnered with a well-established and privately-owned commercial construction company based in Sydney, with operations across New South Wales. Specializing in projects within education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government sectors, the company has experienced significant controlled growth.
As a Bid Coordinator/Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in driving the bid process, working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and Estimating team to strengthen market positioning and improve conversion rates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing team within a vibrant work environment.

What you'll be working on
- Lead and direct end-to-end bid communications, including proposal writing and process management with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners.
- Develop and write responses for Pre-Qualification submissions, Expressions of Interest, and Tender Documents.
- Create and maintain templates to streamline efficiency and ensure consistency.
- Manage and maintain the bid calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
- Update and maintain staff resumes and project case studies.
- Conduct market analysis to align bids with industry standards and client expectations.
- Review bid submissions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platform.
What were looking for
- 15+ years of construction Bid Coordination & tendering experience
- Proven experience in bid coordination within the construction industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with bid management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Technical Skills(Preferred)
- Monday.com, Procore, Aconex, Apex 360 tenders.net, Tenderlink, eTendering/buynsw, Ariba, BCI, Cordells, Estimate One
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in InDesign or equivalent software
