Corporate Sales Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent course.
  • Fresh graduates with high academic stands are highly encouraged
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the same role. (Ex. B2B, Sales, Account Management)
  • Has an ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and response to questions from manager, clients, stakeholders, etc.
  • Has a strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer and sales service.
  • Assist with the sales processes by keeping up with the contract, keeping in touch with the point of contact of the company, and even the status of the corporate account to Shinagawa Healthcare Solutions Corporation.
  • To assist in preparation of contracts and service agreements. Maintain and update existing corporate accounts contracts.
  • To schedule meetings, round table discussions with potential and existing clients.
  • To assist in performing sales and marketing initiatives including corporate presentations, sales calls, up-selling of products and services to patients.
  • To assist and support appointment bookings for all assigned corporate partners and proactively build relationships to develop quality services and/or services.
  • Working closely with the operation department to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing and Sales Dept. in coming up with effective programs that will help bring in sales for the business.
  • Must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge, development of innovative and creative sales techniques.
  • Must be willing to assist the Corporate Sales Officer to do field work as needed.
  • Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
