Senior Customer Service Representative

Graduate of any 4 year course

Proficient in oral and written communication (very good command of the English language)

With at least two or more years work experience in a call center 

Supervisory experience handling a team specifically related to customer service

Knowledge of relevant office equipment, practices and procedures

Ability to maintain customer relations in an effective, tactful and courteous manner

Can listen to and ascertain the needs of customers

Ability to find and communicate accurate information process, policies and procedures to customers, resourceful and creative

Knowledgeable in report preparation 

Hardworking, mature and reliable
