What is this role about?
This role is responsible for driving LPG sales business development within an assigned area by managing customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and implementing strategies to ensure growth and efficiency.
What will YOU do?
- Oversee LPG sales business development by managing customer growth, development, and relationships within the assigned area
- Manage business development by surveying the assigned area, recommending localized programs to the Marketing department for steady volume growth, and conducting area visits to actively pursue new commercial clients in addition to the household base of Dealers/Station stores
- Facilitate administrative functions by preparing daily performance reports, monitoring competitors' prices and conducting market intelligence, performing accounts receivable reconciliation, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and assisting LPG Operations with cylinder inventory and swapping functions
- Report customer feedback and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive development
- Assist LPG Operations and Sales Analytics in ensuring efficient utilization and accounting of cylinder assets to enhance the initial LPG pilot setup by relaying issues and promoting best business practices
- Manage the LPG store database by reviewing buying patterns and cylinder rotation rates to monitor sales performance, maintaining the database, and recommending solutions to drive sales growth
- Recommend pricing strategies to drive volume growth and maintain margin objectives for the assigned area by conducting market surveys and competitor pricing analysis
- Conduct orientation and sales training for new Dealers, customers, and their delivery riders, covering product knowledge and the conversion process
What will YOU need?
- Graduate of any Business or Engineering degree
- Valid driver's license - can drive vehicle in manual transmission
- With 2-3 years B2C selling experience preferably in petroleum, industrial or chemicals
- Preferably with experience in LPG sales - has good networking capability derived from constant area visits and previous clients
