The Accounts Payable Help Desk  will be responsible for managing Internal / External customers by providing efficient, accurate and timley resolution of the PTP support requests within the service level agreements. 

 

  • Resolve 100% of the requests, incidents, and problems coming through SPARC for internal / external customers
  • Provides Tier 1 support to internal / external cutomers and ensure service levels are achieved
  • Act as an escalation point for all requests and incident for PTP
  • Investigate and troubleshoot all issues escalated by internal / external customers
  • Monitors the ticketing system to ensure timely and accurate response to customers support requests
  • Monitors tickets and issue trends to ensure long-term proactive solutions are identified and implemented
  • Provide quality customer service through communication, composure empathy, helpfulness and flexibility

 

And, as expected of every employee of Canon Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. (CBPS), the Accounts Payable Help Desk is expected to: 

  • Maintain or exceed CBPS’ quality standards for all assigned tasks.

  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive information, in line with the Information Security policy of the organization. 
  • Adhere to all CBPS’ policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of financial and/or accounting experience
  • Excellent understanding of PTP functions and General Accounting practices preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of all office equipment 
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system is required.
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with stakeholders and business partners
  • Advanced ability to ensure that quality and production standards are met
  • Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance
  • Requires highly developed sensed of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong aptitude for and disposition toward customer service
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PTP
  • Strong analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be adept at work both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
  • Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring customers
  • Able to handle complaints professionally and provide support to resolve issues
  • Foster teamwork and collaborative approach to deliver best-in-class customer service
